How do I join?
To join, simply fill in completely and submit the online application form then pay the fees corresponding to the membership option chosen.

What are the obligations of PWA membership?
Registration online, payment of annual dues, and conducting oneself in a manner appropriate to PWA's professional standards.

What is the membership directory and how do I access it?
The membership directory contains members' names, profiles and contact information. To access it, log in to the members' area of the PWA website. Choose "PWA members" to view PWA members only, or "Search EuropeanPWN" to view the entire EuropeanPWN members' directory. You will then be prompted to enter your EuropeanPWN account and password, after which you will be able to view the requested directory.

Must I live in Milan to join?
No, you can be located in any area of Italy or even be located abroad to join PWA, as long as you meet the eligibility requirements. However, if you are in a city or country where there is an affiliated EuropeanPWN network, you will be requested to join that organization - which still allows you to attend PWA Milan events at member prices.

Must I be currently employed to join?
No. All career-oriented women are welcome, whether currently employed or in transition.

What payment options are available?
Payment for membership fees can be made online via credit card, in person at one of our events in cash or by cheque, or by bank transfer.

Is online payment safe?
Your online payment is safeguarded by SSL (secure sockets layer). Once you click on a credit card type in the payment online option of an event, you will be redirected to a secure page on EuropeanPWN's bank servers (you will see a small lock in your browser window; the URL address prefix "https:" (http secure) is also a sign of a secure transaction). The secure page will then let you enter your credit card information, which will only be used once to debit your card for the amount specified above. Your credit card information is not stored for further processing and hence guarantees your security.

How can I become more involved with PWA?
PWA has a variety of ongoing initiatives including organizing special events and special interest groups, contributing to EuropeanPWN projects, and raising our profile in the local community. If you are interested in finding out how to become more involved, please send an email to pwa@pwa-milan.org with a brief description of your areas of interest and expertise. We welcome all offers of assistance and collaboration from members.
