14 May, coaching program - The Manager-Coach: A lever for Performance and Leading change
The purpose of this workshop is to provide professional women with a systematic approach in order to inspire talent and motivate team members, peers or friends to achieve new challenging targets. The method works through the setting of concrete targets and follow-up of coherent actions. As a coach you should not be a specialist in a particular professional field, but help the other person to find areas of improvement consistently with their talent, values and personal resources. Becoming a Coach enables you to practice concretely the leadership, and will decidedly add value to their life also.

Why women should be taxed less than men
The case for Differentiated Taxation per Gender (DTG) in favour of women was presented at the Sole 24 Ore Forum on Leadership al Femminile on 10 March, 2008. The logic behind this proposal is that often, more so in Italy, the tendency, after maternity leave, is for women to remain at home to look after the children. Moreover, any unforeseen circumstances like illnesses including those of family members is perceived to be the woman’s responsibility and it is assumed that she will give up her career to bear the burden. After all it is taken for granted that any chances of a career will naturally be hindered due to pregnancy or if it would take off at all. Her pay is usually lower than that of her partner and therefore logically it makes sense to support the breadwinner from a cost benefit point of view.
