Application Procedure
1- Mentors will candidate themselves online (mentor application form available here by March 3)
2- Selected mentors profiles (up to 30, based on PWA membership seniority) will be published here for mentees consultation
3- Mentees will apply to the program on line (mentee application form available here by March 24), specifying what are the top 5 mentors they would like to meet during the speed dating event
4- We will accept mentee candidacies for participation in the speed dating event taking into consideration: mentors number and availability, timing in filling mentee application form (first applying first matching) and PWA membership seniority.
5- Selected mentors and mentees will participate and meet each other during the speed dating event on April 20
6- Both mentors and mentees will provide a feedback on their preferred mentoring partners
7- PWA Mentoring team finalize the match taking into consideration individual preferences, if applicable

• to candidate as a MENTOR the application period is 03 – 22 March 2016

• to candidate as a MENTEE the application period is 24 March– 6 April 2016
