Ready for Board Women – Edition 2011

In 2010 PWA Milan established an Advisory Board composed of: Key2people and Spencer Stuart as leading executive search firms and Livia Aliberti Amidani and Romina Guglielmetti as Corporate Governance experts. Osservatorio di ricerca sul Diversity Management at SDA Bocconi will conduct a research, analysing data in these profiles to identify the requisite skills and experience needed to qualify for a board position. D’Antona & Partners will support the communication strategy of the initiative.

The Advisory Board in 2010 will:

• further refine “ideal profile” of a board member,
• include new profiles to the existing list,
• enlarge the search to new categories that were not included in the previous edition, such as Academia and Public Administration. 

The second edition of the Ready-for-board Women list has been presented on 23 March 2011 in Assolombarda in front of more than 400 participants.
