We are ready to start the 7^th edition of PWA Mentoring: in this edition PWA proposes the one-to-one mentoring, with an important news, the possibility to participate in a SPEED DATING EVENT (on April 20th) to allow mentors and mentees to meet each other before the final match.

Started in 2010, during the last six editions the PWA Mentoring Program involved 500 professional women overall, including women who participated in the Me-Totem Program co-financed by European Commission.

In 2016 we will accept in the program up to 30 couples. Speed dating format will allow PWA Mentoring Team to incorporate some individual preferences and preliminary feedback in the matching of couples.

As in all the activities offered to PWA members, we aim to offer the best quality and new opportunities: we expect this new steps in mentoring selection / matching procedure will go in this direction and add value to the experience.
