Mentoring Strategic Relevance for Professional Development – The EC and PWA Milan Mentoring Project Me-Totem (experiences and testimonial) and Launch of the 7th Edition of PWA Milan Mentoring Program

Mentoring plays a critical role in the progression of professional women in all sectors: lack of mentoring, exclusion from networks, and absence of women role models are mentioned as key barriers to career advancement for women.

PWA Milan won a public tender and developed ME-TOTEM Project falling into the “Equality in Economic Decision Making” area of EU Commission: the project is influencing more than 100 women at various stages of their leadership journey, through different and interconnected mentoring activities.

Having a mentor is vital to your career success, no matter what point you are at: junior or more seasoned, a small-business owner or in the corporate world, on maternity leave or in transition. Mentoring is valuable for women at every stage of their careers, from university students all the way up to the boardroom.

Me-Totem Dissemination activities in 8 European Countries – in cooperation with PWN Global – is now starting. In this interactive evening led by PWA Milan Mentoring Team, you will learn firsthand from participants in both Me-Totem Project and 2015 PWA Mentoring Program.
