Paola Marazzini is considered one of most influent top manager in the media industry: she started her management career in Publitalia 80 as TV Agency sales manager and grew up as pioneer of Digital Terrestrian Television Advertising.

In 2007 she joined Google Italy as Agency Director.
Martina Pennisi will investigate about the skills that helped her to switch from TV Advertising to Internet and new media and about what made of her a real leader in this industry.
Is it all about competences or does she count above all on her soft skill and experience?
